Ongoing Professional Development
Throughout the program, you'll build strong relationships with your cohort, company leaders, and other industry professional at Vibrant events and around the Quad Cities. You'll also work on understanding your unique strengths and interests and have the opportunity to explore in the functions that interest you the most.
What's in it for you
This isn't just another entry-level job—and it doesn't pay like one. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll get great (and affordable!) medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401k plan that matches your contribution up to 6 percent of your salary, and three weeks of paid time off during your first year.
Want to earn an advanced degree? We offer tuition reimbursement. We'll also cover the cost of certification and training programs to help you learn new skills and keep up-to-date with changes in your specialty.
Every Vibrant employee receives eight hours of paid time off to volunteer with the groups and organizations that mean the most to them. Build houses with Habitat for Humanity, work at a food bank, or help kids prep for their college entrance exams. We can even help you find a local org that fits your interests!
Interested in a management role? We'll help you make the transition through our leadership development classes. You'll join a group of other exceptional employees for six months of exploration into building effective teams, managing expectations, and communicating clearly.
Jeans and sneakers are acceptable work attire, especially paired with a Vibrant logo t-shirt. Expect to start your day playing video games, answering trivia questions, or building gingerbread houses while you connect with your team. Need a change of scenery? Unplug your laptop and move to one of the comfy chairs in the commons. After hours, look forward to company outings to the drive-in, local sports events, and pub crawls.

New to the Quad Cities? We'll help you find your way.
Every participant in the Professional Development Program receives a signing bonus when they're hired—enough to cover many of the expenses that come with moving into a new home, from security deposits to utilities to last-minute trips to the store for dish racks and trash cans. We'll also help you get acquainted with our various QC neighborhoods to find the one that's right for you.
