To protect your account from fraudulent transactions, we automatically block card transactions beyond a certain distance from your home. If you’re traveling to a different state or country, you can let us know in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Call 800-323-5109 during regular business hours. After hours and on weekends, select option 2 from the menu. You can also send a message through your online account or via our mobile app.
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after your deposit is accepted, but your funds will not appear until they’ve been processed. On business days, we post deposits at noon, 2 p.m., and 6 p.m. CT. If you make a deposit after 4 p.m. or on a holiday or weekend, your deposit will appear at noon on the next business day.
The maximum amount you can deposit each day is $5,000.
