Your main menu now includes a Contact tab that lets you connect face-to-face via vibrantLive during regular business hours or send a secure message to us any time. 

 

Dashboard

Previously

Your dashboard is the first screen you see when on log in. To navigate further, you access the menu on the left side of the screen. 

New

Your main menu is now at the top of your screen. To get back to your dashboard, select the Dashboard tab at the far left.

Accounts

Previously

You access account information from the menu on the left side of your screen. You can tell you’ve selected that screen because the menu icon is purple.  

New

You can view your accounts by selecting the Accounts tab at the top of your screen. While you’re on that screen, the title will be in bold type.

Transfer

Previously

You can set up or review fund transfers by accessing the Transfers icon on the left side of your screen. You can tell you’ve selected that screen because the menu icon is purple.  

 

New

You can set up or review a fund transfer by selecting the Transfer tab at the top of your screen. While you’re on that screen, the title will be in bold type.

Bill Pay

Previously

You can set up a one-time or recurring payment by accessing the Bill Pay icon on the left side of your screen. You can tell you’ve selected that screen because the menu icon is purple.

You can set up a one-time or recurring payment by selecting the Bill Pay tab at the top of your screen. While you’re on that screen, the title will be in bold type.

To send a message to Vibrant, you select the drop-down menu under your name in the top right corner. 

 

New

We’ve created a new Contact tab on the main menu that takes you directly to your secure messaging inbox or lets you connect via video with a vibrantLive agent during regular business hours.

Introducing Tools

We’ve taken most of the items that used to be located under More in the left side menu and placed them in the top main menu under the Tools tab. It’s where you’ll find your custom budgets, credit tracker, and e-statements. It’s also the place to manage your alert preferences and other account settings.

Frequently asked questions

Are both the browser and mobile app versions changing?

Yes, but we’re rolling out these design changes to the browser version of your online account first. Look for updates to both our Apple and Android mobile apps in a few weeks. 

 

I can’t find _____. Did you get rid of any widgets or features?

The redesigned interface has all the tools and features you’re used to—but they may not be in the same place you’re used to. If you’re having trouble locating something, our Member Contact Center will be glad to help. Message us 24/7 through the Contact tab or connect via vibrantLive during regular business hours.   

 

How will I know when the redesigned mobile app is available?

We’ll let you know when we release the new app via a message on your home screen when you log in. If you’re already using the app and you have automatic updates enabled, you should be able to start using it as soon as it’s available. If not, go to Apple’s AppStore or Google Play Store to manually download the update once you learn it has been released.
