What's the difference between an ITM and an ATM?

An ITM can perform all the functions of a Vibrant ATM—cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and deposits—24 hours a day.

During regular business hours, however, an ITM can do a whole lot more. Because you can connect via video with a teller from an ITM, you can perform nearly all the same tasks you'd ordinarily visit a branch to do. 

Are the drive-thru ITMs available 24/7?

Tellers are only available during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday).

After hours and on weekends, though, you can still use an ITM the same way you'd use an ATM—to withdraw cash, make a deposit, or check your balance.

Will it take longer for my deposit to post than it would if I went through a traditional teller?

Nope! Your deposit will post at the usual time, though your funds may be subject to a hold based on the availability of matching funds. See our Member Service Agreement for full details.

Can I deposit coins through an ITM?

Unfortunately, our ITMs do not have the ability to accept coins. You can find a coin machine at our Moline (South Park) branch.

Can I get a cashier's check or money order from an ITM?

You can request a cashier's check or money order from any of our Vibrant HQ ITMs, but you will need to pick it up from our front desk staff in the lobby. Please note: The front desk is only staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday. If you need a cashier's check or money order on Saturday, please visit one of our other branches.

How can I ensure my transaction is private?

You can either use the handset on the machine to speak directly with your teller or communicate via typing into the keyboard. There is also a mic jack on the machine for members who need to connect assistive technology.

 

Can I get change for a $100 bill through an ITM?

You absolutely can, provided you connect with a Vibrant teller through the ITM first. They can dispense $1, $5, $20, and $100 bills as requested. 

NOTE: If you're making an ordinary cash withdrawal without teller assistance, your withdrawal will be available in $20 bills only.

Can I open a new account or apply for a loan at this branch?

Yes! Vibrant HQ has three dedicated vibrantLive rooms where you can connect with a personal banker or a member of our account service teams for more complex transactions, including opening a new account, managing your IRA or HSA, or requesting a wire. (And don't forget, you can also access vibrantLive via your smart device or computer!)

Can I get items notarized at this branch?
