An ITM can perform all the functions of a Vibrant ATM—cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and deposits—24 hours a day.
During regular business hours, however, an ITM can do a whole lot more. Because you can connect via video with a teller from an ITM, you can perform nearly all the same tasks you'd ordinarily visit a branch to do, from getting a replacement debit card to making a loan or credit card payment.
Tellers are only available during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday).
After hours and on weekends, though, you can still use an ITM the same way you'd use an ATM—to withdraw cash, make a deposit, or check your balance.
Nope! Your deposit will post at the usual time, though your funds may be subject to a hold based on the availability of matching funds. See our Member Service Agreement for full details.
Unfortunately, our ITMs do not have the ability to accept coins. You can find a coin machine at our Moline (South Park) branch.
You can request a cashier's check or money order from any of our Vibrant HQ ITMs, but you will need to pick it up from our front desk staff in the lobby. Please note: The front desk is only staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday. If you need a cashier's check or money order on Saturday, please visit one of our other branches.
You can either use the handset on the machine to speak directly with your teller or communicate via typing into the keyboard. There is also a mic jack on the machine for members who need to connect assistive technology.
You absolutely can, provided you connect with a Vibrant teller through the ITM first. They can dispense $1, $5, $20, and $100 bills as requested.
NOTE: If you're making an ordinary cash withdrawal without teller assistance, your withdrawal will be available in $20 bills only.

Vibrant HQ has three dedicated vibrantLive rooms where you can connect with a personal banker or a member of our account service teams for more complex transactions, including opening a new account, managing your IRA or HSA, or requesting a wire. (And don't forget, you can also access vibrantLive via your smart device or computer!)
