As COVID-19 continues to impact the way we live, work, and interact with our friends, family, and communities, Vibrant is committed to offering services and programs to help you today and in the future.  Vibrant understands that our members and communities' physical, social, and financial health will continue to be impacted in the days and weeks to come. Please call us as your financial partner so we can help with your financial health.  We have relief programs in place, including:

  • Free Skip-a-Pay on consumer loans

  • 90-day no payments for small business members

  • Payroll relief loan + 90 days no payment

  • Vehicle relief loan up to -3% on your rate + 90 days no payment

To further support you, Vibrant has increased its digital banking solutions and Member Contact Center.  In fact, our Member Contact Center has increased by 11 agents today. During these unprecedented times, Vibrant has been diligently working to provide you with solutions on how to navigate your financial life.  We have implemented top of the line digital banking solutions to support you in your normal life, but these solutions are going to play an even larger role in your financial lives with the onset of COVID-19.  You can now open a new account online in 3 easy steps!  We have developed several short videos to assist you in navigating Vibrant’s digital banking solutions.  You can view the videos for the digital banking solutions below:

On Friday, March 20th at the end of business our branch lobby access will close.  Vibrant will continue to operate drive-thrus during its normal business hours at all Vibrant Locations. Along with its digital banking solutions, Vibrant has committed to doubling the size of its Member Contact Center and is adding several staff members to its Personal Banking team over the next week to better serve our members and communities.

After much discussion and consideration, Vibrant has made the decision to close lobby access to its branches effective end of business on Friday, March 20th.  The health of our members, employees, and communities is of utmost importance to us during this time. Vibrant will continue to operate drive-thrus during its normal business hours at all Vibrant locations

While closing lobbies was a difficult choice, we will continue to enhance our ability to serve our members and communities via phone at (800)323-5109.  Vibrant will be doubling the number of staff in its Member Contact Center to best serve our members and communities. Vibrant will also be adding several staff members to its Personal Banking team during this time.  

To continue supporting our members and communities during this challenging time, Vibrant will be offering the following:

  • Low Rate Personal Loans for up to 2 months of wages with no payments for 90 days

  • Up to 3% rate reduction in refinanced auto loans with no payments for 90 days

  • Up to 90 days of interest only payments for Business members with loans

  • One Time Free Skip-a-Pay for Consumer Loans

  • Mortgage rates as low as 2.25%

Vibrant’s Plan to Support Members and Communities During the Ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic

Today, Matt McCombs, President/CEO, outlined Vibrant’s plan to impact its members, communities, and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.  McCombs said “As your financial partner, it's our job to make sure you’re covered in the midst of all this uncertainty”. Watch the full video message here.

During this time, Vibrant will continue to develop programs to positively impact its members, communities, and employees.  McCombs outlined the following programs going into effect today:

At Vibrant, the health and well-being of our members, employees, and communities is our top priority. Vibrant has been closely monitoring the developing situation of COVID-19 in conjunction with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing around COVID-19, however, Vibrant is committed to being responsive to the needs of our members, employees, and communities as this situation evolves.

At this time, Vibrant branch locations will remain open under normal operating conditions.  We have encouraged our staff to maintain strong standards of health and hygiene to best protect all individuals while dealing with the exchange of currency.  We will continue to monitor changes in our regions in the upcoming days to best handle operating hours.

Vibrant encourages you to utilize our digital and self-service banking channels during this time. You can access your account at any time via Vibrant’s online banking or by using Vibrant’s mobile banking app.  You can pay bills, check balances, deposit checks, and transfer money at the click of a button, especially when call volumes are higher than usual.
